To obtain a ACC Application (Architectural Change Application) that is required by your HOA for any changes or modifications to the exterior of your home or lot, call IKO's office at 301-924-4050 or go to your HOA listed under eForms.

All ACC applications must first be submitted to IKO where they are recorded, copied, and forwarded to the HOA Architectural Committee for review and approval. Please remember that all modifications must be approved PRIOR to beginning any alterations on your home or Lot. You can refer to the association's Covenants and/or Rules and Regulations Guidelines for more information.
