Ralph E. Caudle, Jr., CMCA, PCAM, Principal, EVP & Community Manager

Ralph Caudle joined IKO Real Estate, Inc. as a principal of the company and Executive Vice President in March of 2006. Over 22 years of experience in community management have made him an expert in handling a broad scope of developer and builder issues, as well as help Board members address association issues including fiscal management, covenants enforcement, community and home improvements/maintenance, reserve planning and Board communication.

Mr. Caudle earned a bachelors degree in Consumer Economics from the University of Maryland in 1982. He earned the Community Association Institutes (CAI) Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation in 1994 and in 1996 he earned CAI's Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation.

Throughout his career, Mr. Caudle has been an active volunteer with the Washington Area Chapter of the Community Association Institute. He served on the Chapter's Board of Directors from 2003 until 2008. Prior to becoming a partner in IKO Real Estate Mr. Caudle was the Senior Vice President in Charge of the Community Association Management Department of one of the metro areas largest management companies overseeing the management of 130 associations representing almost 60,000 homes. Mr. Caudle also served in the Advisory Board to the Residential Property Management program at Virginia Tech. Recently Mr. Caudle was appointed a Commissioner of the Montgomery County Commission on Common Ownership Communities.
