LED Lighting

Reduce your electricity bill with energy-efficient products such as LED light bulbs. The LED light bulbs only use 2-10 watts of electricity compared to the standard incandescent bulbs that uses 40-60 watts. The standard light bulb uses an excess amount of energy to create the bright light which generates a lot of heat unlike the LED light which uses very little heat, directing most of the energy into the light. LED light bulbs last up to 30,000 hours and by using them you can save you up to 90% on your electric bill. Not to mention the LED light bulbs are good for the environment.

Start by changing one or two of your light bulbs to see how it affects your electricity bill.

MARYLAND COURT BARS HOMEOWNER'S ABUSIVE EMAIL &
DISRUPTIVE CONDUCT

       A homeowner who repeatedly sends abusive, harassing and vulgar emails and letters, and disrupts meetings of the homeowners association, may be prohibited from sending such communications and engaging in disurptive conduct, according to a recent ruling of the Maryland Court of Special Appeals.
